Homeschool Freebie of the Day

Daughter Jessica has spent a lot of time this spring and summer honing her film making skills, and posting the results on youtube. They are a hoot. Just for fun, we thought you might like to see a few of them here before we get back to business on Wednesday.

Here’s her latest episode of her series “Lonely Knights”, which she writes, directs, films, edits, and plays all parts (well, almost all parts). Check it out:

And here’s one of my favorite videos she has put together. This is a shot-by-shot parody of the opening of the 1960s TV series, “The Prisoner” (which, coincidentally, we watched earlier this year). If you aren’t familiar with it, watch the original program opening first:

…when we get back from our “Summer Break”?

While we aren’t posting much here on the site in June, we are still busy behind the scenes (between all the picnics, fish fries, yard work & garden tour expeditions) sending out our weekly email subscriber freebies, putting the finishing touches on a couple of new collections, and putting together an awesome line up of freebies for you over the next few months!
