Hi, I’m very interested in the helper sheets, but have been getting server error messages and website error messages on multiple attempts. Could you please advise? Thank you.
The Carriers let me know that their server had crashed a few times earlier today… just too much traffic! It looks like you should be able to get through now.
We will keep this link open through Wednesday, just to make sure everyone gets a shot at it.

I, too, am having trouble downloading this.
It seems to download, then tells me there is a problem decrypting it. I’m not sure what to do about that.

It sounds like you got a corrupt or partial download the first time around. Here’s what you do about that: Try deleting the file and then re-download it… only when you get to “save target”, RENAME the file slightly and then save it. That should do it. Otherwise, if you try to re-download the file, your computer will “think” it already has that file and will default back to the original, faulty file. Make sense?

Hi Kathie,
The publisher, who hosted this particular freebie resource, had some traffic problems initially, but fixed those after a few hours. We did keep this up for two days instead of just the one for anyone who might have been affected by the temporary outage. Remember, our freebies on the site are only available on the day they are featured. Sorry you missed it!
