I know that most of your visitors / users are American, but some of us do live in more remote countries – like South Africa where you have to pay for every minute or byte you spent on the internet. Due to either the cost or slow connections I want to ask if it is possible for you to state how many MB a certain download is so that we can calculate the cost before beginning the download – please?

My kids loved this e-book! We printed it out, and they are practicing to do a show for their grandparents! I love that it was originally printed in 1859! Who knew something so “OLD” could be so cool?
